Stainless Steel Roller Stands Custom Designed for a Wastewater Treatment Plant

PT&P designed spring loaded stainless steel roller stands for a wastewater treatment plant. The rollers were custom designed for ease of assembly to support a 30″ diameter pipeline. They include eight springs in two spring housings and are designed for 1,000 lb. load. The base plate is 18-3/4″ x 13″ and the BOP is 10-3/16″. Roller stands are used to support pipelines that expand and contract longitudinally in the axial direction and where vertical adjustment is not necessary.

Adjustable Pipe Saddle Supports Designed for a Hydrocracker Project

PT&P supplied sixty-nine adjustable pipe saddle supports for a hydrocracker project in an oil refinery. The supports will be installed under a trunnion and range in heights from 12″ to 48″. They have 8″ diameter top plates, and are designed to support pipes from 2″ to 8″ in diameter. The supports are fabricated from carbon steel and consist of schedule 40 and 80 pipes and concentric reducers. The operating temperature for these custom designed saddle supports is 750″F. Each assembly was inspected by Q.C. prior to shipment.

Custom Hold-Down Pipe Clamps Designed for a Natural Gas Facility

PT&P designed custom hold-down pipe clamps for pipe sizes ranging in diameters from 6″ to 14″ at a natural gas facility. The HD-3 is an arrestor type hold down used when there is very low thermal movement and these clamps are similar to them but differ due to their adjustable bases. These clamps are fabricated from galvanized carbon steel and include a neoprene lining to absorb vibration.

47 Hold-Down Pipe Clamps Designed for a Coal Fired Power Plant

PT&P designed and fabricated forty-seven hold-down pipe clamps for a coal fired power plant in Louisiana. The hold-downs are fabricated from carbon steel and range in size from 2″ to 10″ in diameter. The HD-3 is an arrestor type hold down used when there is very low thermal movement. Its radius is lined with a belting material that is well designed to absorb shock from vibration.
